Talakadu

Hello Travelers,

After visiting Shivanasamudra we proceeded towards Talakadu. It is a tourist spot with lots of Temples. It is a place which was cursed and the whole town was buried under the sand. 

It is located approx 145 kms from Bangalore. One can visit temples and play on the river bank and go for a coracle ride. Ideal spot for family and group outing. Kids will love it.

This spot can be covered along with Shivasamudra and Somanathpura to make a good day trip.
