Kadugodi Tree Park

Hello Travelers,

I visited this place called Kadugodi tree park near ITPL Bangalore in the evening.

The park is neat and well maintained. It has ample amount of parking space for vehicles. Entry ticket is 10 rs.

The park has a insect hotel, open gym, kids play area etc. One can spend an hour or so here.

When I visited the park it was filled with mosquitoes may be due to the rainy season.

Rachenahlli Lake and Park

Hello Travelers,

Its weekend so I opened the list and selected Rachenahlli Lake to visit this time.

It is next to Model Village near Jakkur in Bangalore.

I saw many people visiting this place with kids. I found the park neat and clean. Police personnel are manned inside the park. The lake is little stinky when you go near it.

Turahalli tree park

Hello Travelers,

Since a very long time I was thinking of going to Turahalli forest and explore it after reading about it on the internet.

It's Saturday morning, so I started my bike at 6 AM and reached Turahalli forest by 7 AM. I was disappointed to hear that there is no entry into the forest now since covid started.

I also read about Turahalli tree park adjacent to the forest. So decided to see what is inside the park.

It's a newly built park out of the existing forest area I guess. The walking trail is ok. Some exhibits of birds, animal and insects are present inside park area. A view point is also present. Lots of dogs inside the park.

The entry is free at the moment. Ample parking space is available. Try carrying a DSLR to take bird pics. I heard sound of peacock and tried to find it but couldn't see it. The sound was coming from inside the forest.

Note: Entry into the park is only in the morning and evening.

Madiwala Lake - Bangalore

Hello Travelers,

Bangalore has a lot of lakes and Madiwala is an important lake in and around BTM area. One can jog, walk, do boating, feed fishes in the lake and do bird photography here.

Everyone can visit and enjoy this place. It is well maintained.
