Madhugiri Fort

Hello Travelers,

This post is about trek to Madhugiri Fort. It is located in Madhugiri town in Tumkur district.

I couldn't complete the trek till top since it would take around 2-3 hours. I started very late and had reached Madhugiri at 12 PM. After having lunch I trekked for an hour and returned back.

This trip was not planned well. It is located at a distance of 115 Kms from Bangalore.

You can club this place along with Jayamangali Blackbuck reserve. Here is the link to the post:

SRS Hills

Hello Travelers,

My ritual for Saturday continued with visit to SRS Hills also known as Sri Revanna Siddeshwara Betta. It is after Ramanagara.

It is located 70 Kms from Bangalore. Please remove footwear before climbing else locals will get offended. I did a mistake by climbing the hill with footwears.

Not recommended for elders at all.
