J P Park - Bangalore

Hello Travelers,

I had heard of J P park from dear ones so decided to visit it once. Jaya Prakash Park is located near Mathikere and Yeshwantpur area of Bangalore.

It is a huge park which has walking/jogging paths, a swimming pool, a musical fountain & play area for kids. Exhibits of animals and people are also placed inside the Park which would make the park more attractive. There is also small water body for fishes.

Everyone can visit and enjoy this place. It is well maintained. There are also plants of medicinal value inside the park.

I also noticed there are certain places/path where you need to remove your footwear and walk, this is because the track is built in such a way it would help you relieve of pains in the body. There are many such different paths which would give relief from different health issues.

You need to explore the park once to get to know all places.

Cubbon Park

Hello Travelers,

Cubbon Park is located in the heart of Bangalore. It is near to Vidhana Soudha, High Court, Fish Aquarium and Visveshwariah Museum.

There is a toy train inside the Jawahar bal bhavan. Everyone can visit and enjoy this place. It is a huge park. Famous for walking and jogging in the morning and evening times. Watch out for vehicle movement inside the park area. 

You can take your family and have lunch under the trees and relax, see pigeons, do horse riding, climb the trees, do photography, enjoy listening to any band playing, spend some time with your spouse/girlfriend walking and talking etc., 

I have visited Cubbon park a lot of times with my wife. It was our regular place of visit on weekends when we were not going out of Bangalore.
